The use of efficient anti-static additives in PVC is important in a range of different applications with both plasticized and rigid PVC in order to avoid static build-up on the polymer surface.

It is important that these additives have the necessary functionality to be migratory in PVC and can interact with atmospheric moisture forming a conductive layer on the surface which dissipates the charges so they do not reach critical levels.

With Einar® 601 you can achieve all of the above and add a more sustainable profile to your PVC products without affecting costs or quality.

Recommended loading levels are 0.5 - 1.0% for most applications and may be higher in certain highly plasticized formulations.
